I LOVE IT and a GIVEAWAY

I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! ILOVEITILOVEITILOVEIT.

It makes Beachy Mimi SO PROUD.

If you haven't read Queen B today, you must. She has FINALLY shown that she inherited my inappropriate subject-matter gene.

I feel weepy!

I'm FREE! No longer can she threaten me with my password since she is guilty, too. Isn't that great how that works out?

I'm doing the Beachy Mimi Happy Dance.

In fact, I think she's earned a "That's Just Beachy Award" for her boldness in discussing bodily functions. You ROCK, B. Come get your award, baby!

In honor of such an IMPORTANT DAY, Beachy Mimi is giving away these four lovelies for your reading pleasure.

Yes, all four of this Terri Blackstock series.

All you have to do is answer one little bitty question THAT MATTERS.

"Do you paint your toe-nails (or as The Princess used to call them "no-tails") all year long?"

This is SERIOUS, Peeps. Beachy Mimi MUST KNOW.

I'll leave the comments open until noon CST on Thursday.

Love you, my Peeps!

Yes!! I often contemplate going without any color, but I just can't seem to bear it! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!

I paint year round! My toenails are never nekkid.

I had a feeling the apple didnt fall far from the tree, you both just kill me. On the "no-tails", yes...they must be painted at all times. Tam

Oh yes I do. I can't stand when they are polish less : ). Hope you have a great day. Thank you for giving away some books. Books are GREAT!

Oooohhh.. I love Ms. Blackstock!!!

This giveaway excites me more than all the others! :)

To answer your question, no. My poor little toesies are often neglected. I paint them probably only a couple of times a year. :(

I usually have my toenails painted year round. I do wait longer between redo's in the winter, so they get a bit more chipped, but my tootsies just don't look right without some color!

Absolutely all year but not quite as often during winter months. prlin at suddenlink dot net

PeepOne here. Toes must be polished
at all times. Just the way it is.
Do not like unpolished toes. Yuk!

If I thought my husband would notice that I even have toes I would paint them year 'round but since they are only seen in the summer, that's usually when they get painted.
By the way, I need those books. I was too late responding to my bookclub and they sent me the last one in the series which I can't read because I don't have the others. I will regift them on my blog when I'm done! lol

Yep, all year. I don't care so much about quality or updating in the winter though.

Oh most definitely all year round!

All year. It's a must. I've taken a liking to my two beaties' crazy flashy colors. Today I stole, I mean borrowed, their floursecent shimmery pink bottle. I heart it a lot!

I only paint them during the summer. After September I tend to let them get ugly. I'll try harder this year, I promise.

3girlsmom said...

Not a painter. Even in the summer. I have the ugliest feet on the planet & try not to draw attention to them. Seriously.

Yes all year around but I live in Florida so you see them all year

Of course, why wouldn't I? They look sad when they aren't painted.

Alicia said...

Oh, yes! These 10 little toes MUST be painted all year long! I can't stand to have bare toes. It's like walking around naked. Just can't do it. And as an added bonus, I love painting them strange colors. Like bright orange or green. Or my very favorite color--BLUE!!

Thanks for the award...I think.

No-tails suffer greatly in the off-season.

Yes, Year round they are covered in polish--colored polish!!!

Absolutely year round. Can't have naked toes. Plus, I live in Texas and flip flops or sandals almost year round. Even in the winter, the shoes come off as soon as I'm in the house.

I only paint mine in the summer! Thanks for the contest.

Oh yes mam- Drama Mama despises ugly unkept feet!

Anonymous said...

Yes, I do. Years ago I didn't but now I have to have some color. It makes me feel thinner and prettier or something!
Great giveaway!

I love painted toe nails -- but I do it really backwards. ;) I wear a fairly mild go-with-anything color for the summer time (changing about halfway through to another of the same genre) and then during the covered toes months (to save me from frostbite) I wear really dark or vivid "saucy" colors. I just love the way they make me feel!

Dee from Tennessee

Pretty much....but during the cooler months and I'm wearing socks....there's some chippin' going on!

kristen said...

I never paint mine in the winter and used to paint them in the summer. But this year I got lazy and they have been natural all summer!!!

momof2 said...

I paint ALL YEAR. Unfortunatly, this has caused my toenails to turn a nice shade of orange (underneath the polish) which perpetuates the cycle of having to paint them ALL YEAR. Someone told me lemon juice works really well @ taking the orange away so I'm thinking about trying it out and laying off the paint for a month or two this winter................

Tammy said...

Nope, they are nekkid even as we speak. They are taking a hiatus from the war paint.

Anonymous said...

some part of you has to stay beauitful mimi at all times even "no-tails" never know who might take a look!!!!

Anonymous said...

Yes! I just makes me feel better knowing they are painted! Doesn't matter if they're hidden away in wool socks or out in all of their glory! ~Amanda

Keepin' It Real said...

I always keep polish on them in the summer, but I try to give them a break during the winter. I keep socks on, so who is going to see them anyway?

Heather said...

Keep 'em painted, Darlin'.

Seriously. The colors may shift according to season, but they are painted.

Michelle @ Sew-Krafty said...

Absolutely!! Why? Because every time I choose a pink shade RedDaddy says, "I like your pink toes!" I'm a sucker for a happy man ;)

CoftheU said...

My husband paints mine all year round. ;)

Thinking About Compassion said...

Oh that is a great series and I have yet to read the last two!

I only paint my nails in the summertime. It is too cold here to wear anything but warm socks in the wintertime and since no one would get to appreciate them but me, I don't bother.

Joan said...

I love candy apple red toe nails all year long.
Love the spa pedi try to go at least every month.
Thanks for the great giveaway.

Mary B said...

I don't :( Michigan winters do not allow the "piggies" to be exposed.

Steph said...

I am a year-round toe polisher. Even if it's pale pink. Can't even stand the sight of my piggies unpolished. Maybe it is one of life's little luxuries that I give myself...not sure the psychology there.

Those are wonderful books, but don't pick me--I have them already. They are great mystery novels!

Blessings!

I don't paint them at all. Thanks to a stint as a waitress, I have really bad foot problems, which require me to wear inserts in my shoes at all times. I can never, ever wear cute sandals or flip flops. Why bother? My toes will never see the light of day anyway. Sniff . . .

No! I'm doing good to paint mine during sandal season. Honey, there's a reason God gave me boys! ;-)
