This actually goes with the pictures from yesterday. We stopped here alot for fruit and snacks. They were all over the place.
I didn't snap a picture of the sign, but on the other side of the road there was a sign that read "you stimulus money at work". This is how some of that stimulus money is being used...by painting the dividers different colors. Whatever works.

PR is amazing! I've spent a month there, over the course of 2 years, and I love that island! It's amazing that you can be in the moutains, at the beach, and in the rainforest all within an hour. It's unbelievably beautiful!
