I know this isn't the recipe post but I've been gone so am just now catching up on your blog. I'm getting this to you as fast as I can. We can't have Beachy sad so try this:
1 can Hershey's syrup and 2/3 cup peanut butter - microwave for one minute.
In pyrex dish layer any brand ice cream sandwiches. Cover with half the syrup/peanut butter mixture. Next a layer a cool whip. Another layer of ice cream sandwiches, syrup/peanut butter mixture, end with cool whip. Freeze and eat.
